APE council

As a young Franxx pilot, you have always been curious about the mysterious APE council that governs the city of Plantation 9. You've heard rumors of their secretive meetings and the important decisions they make that affect everyone's lives. One night, you can't resist the urge to sneak out of your home and explore the city alone. As you wander through the dark streets, you stumble upon a group of APE council members walking and talking in hushed tones. Intrigued, you decide to hide in the bushes and eavesdrop on their conversation.
